Tiny Toons Adventures
The original series, Tiny Toons Adventures is the classic 90s cartoon that had only three seasons, but the fandom nostalgia has continued to live on for the past thirty years since its cancellation.
The initial series centered on Babs and Buster as best friends, but still emphasized their pretty obvious romantic interests. Because they had the same last name, it resulted in Tiny Toons’ most memorable recurring scene where they often made it clear that there is total “no relation” between them.
Tiny Toon Adventures aired from 1990 to 1992 and was a commercial success. It resulted in several spin-offs, including Pinky, Animaniacs, and the Brain.
Tiny Toons Looniversity
The reboot will feature a new generation of cartoon characters attending Acme Looniversity, where they will learn from the legendary Looney Tunes characters.
The reboot is rekindling the interest and excitement of fans again, as several fan-favorite characters are returning, along with the return of the executive producer, Steven Spielberg. The reboot is being produced by Warner Bros. Animation and Amblin Television.
However, there have been a lot of questionable changes that fans of the original series are not happy to see. This includes the decision to change Babs and Buster Bunny’s relationship from friends who could develop love interests to just twin siblings.

The change caused quite a controversy, but there have been positive reviews on the recently released teaser trailer of the reboot. However, the major question remains if the show may be good enough for the fans to accept or ignore the change.
Tiny Toons Reboot Hulu
Tiny Toons Looniversity is not coming to Hulu. It will be premiering on Cartoon Network and HBO Max in September 2023. It is 100% clear yet whether any of the original voice cast will return for the reboot.
Babs and Buster’s new change hasn’t received much negative feedback, but the recently released teaser trailer for Tiny Toons Looniversity has. Though the fan base and the series’ creator have disapproved of it, the quality of the teaser has been able to rekindle hope that the Tiny Toons reboot will have the same charm as the original franchise.
It is possible that the absence of romantic pairings and subplots could benefit the Tiny Toons reboot in some way. For now, fans will have to wait until the series premieres to find out.
